Authenticated file access via local-adapter path traversal

Path traversal in the local block adapter in Treeverse lakeFS before 1.77.0 allows remote authenticated users to read and write files. The verifyRelPath function accepts sibling paths that merely share the configured directory prefix, while extractParamsFromObj joins untrusted object identifiers without confining the result to their storage namespace. Only deployments using the local block adapter are exposed; access to one namespace enables cross-namespace and adjacent-directory reads and writes.
