Local privilege escalation via RPC access control

Improper access control in the Windows RPC API on affected Windows Server releases allows local users to elevate privileges. Microsoft identifies the locus as the Remote Access Management service/API RPC server but has not published the failed authorization check or callable operation. Exploitation requires existing low-privilege local access and can grant higher Windows privileges without user interaction.
