Privilege escalation via unvalidated service URLs

SSRF in Azure MCP Server allows remote authenticated users to elevate privileges through crafted Kusto or resource-health tool input. KustoClient accepts an arbitrary cluster URI and sends authenticated queries to its host, while ResourceHealthService builds request paths from an unparsed resource ID. Low-privileged access can make the server contact internal endpoints, including Azure instance metadata, from its trusted network and credential context.
