CVE-2026-2611Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Remote command execution via cross-origin Assistant requests

Published May 19, 2026 · Updated May 19, 2026

Origin validation error in MLflow 3.9.0 allows remote attackers to execute commands through cross-origin Assistant requests. The /ajax-api paths were omitted from is_api_endpoint, so CORS-blocking middleware treated them as non-API paths and accepted malicious origins. A victim must visit attacker-controlled web content while the local Assistant is reachable; configuration changes can grant full access to the Claude Code sub-agent.
