Local LUKS header disclosure via unchecked HeaderBackup

Missing authorization in udisks2 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 allows local users to export LUKS headers through D-Bus. The handle_header_backup method lets the root udisks daemon read and export a device header and keyslots without a polkit authorization check. A low-privileged local account can obtain metadata from otherwise inaccessible devices for offline password-cracking or cryptographic analysis.
