Unauthenticated code execution via incorrect global authorization
Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026
Missing authorization in the FortiSandbox GUI allows remote attackers to execute unauthorized code or commands through HTTP requests. The GUI applies incorrect global authorization to an undisclosed HTTP request path, allowing it to reach code-execution functionality without an authenticated session. A network-reachable management interface is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants control over the affected sandbox service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
- Affected versionversion=4.4.5 <=4.4.8
- Affected versionversion=5.0.0 <=5.0.1
