Charging-service crash via unlocked event queue callbacks

Race condition in EVerest Core before 2026.02.0 allows attackers to crash a charging station during OCPP201 startup. The OCPP201 firmware-update and log-status callbacks push into event_queue without session_event_mutex while startup error handlers concurrently modify the same map of queues under that lock. Exploitation requires a CSMS GetLog or UpdateFirmware request to coincide with a physical EVSE fault before startup completes; successful races corrupt memory or interrupt charging service.
