Administrator code execution via same-directory DLL loading

Uncontrolled DLL loading in the RICOH ジョブログ集計ツール installer before 1.3.7 allows local users to execute code as administrator. The installer searches its own directory before trusted Windows locations and loads a same-named DLL placed beside it without validating its origin. Exploitation requires a crafted DLL to share the installer's directory and an administrator to launch the installer, after which the DLL runs with installation privileges.
