Host file deletion via uncanonicalized contact URI

Path traversal in GNOME Evolution Data Server before 3.59.3 allows local users to delete arbitrary host files through its D-Bus address book service. The address book file backend stores a crafted contact URI, then maybe_delete_uri applies a string-prefix test to its uncanonicalized filename before removal. A Flatpak application needs access to org.gnome.evolution.dataserver.AddressBook and a contact deletion event; exploitation can remove host files, including Flatpak override files.
