Authenticated root command execution via unsandboxed install scripts

OS command injection in Catalyst allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands as root on Linux cluster nodes. The agent's install_server function in websocket_handler.rs passes a template's final_script directly to bash -c on the bare host without container isolation. An account with template.create plus admin.write or node access can trigger installation, gaining full control of the selected node.
