Service abort via unbounded SVG point allocation

Denial of service in ImageMagick before 6.9.13-40 and 7.0.0 through 7.1.2-14 allows remote attackers to abort image-processing services. The internal SVG drawing path in MagickCore/draw.c permits crafted primitive coordinates to size point buffers against the address-space limit rather than the configured maximum memory request. Processing a malicious SVG without privileges or interaction can request about 674 GB, exhaust memory, and abort the hosting process; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
