Authenticated SSRF via parser-confused media URLs

SSRF in vLLM 0.15.1 and later before 0.17.0 allows remote authenticated users to access arbitrary services via crafted media URLs. The load_from_url_async path validates a backslash-containing URL with urllib3, then aiohttp and yarl reinterpret the same text so the request reaches a different host. Low-privilege API access and a configured media-domain allowlist are required; successful requests can read protected HTTP resources or interrupt service.
