Client crash via unchecked RAIL result index

Out-of-bounds read in FreeRDP before 3.23.0 allows remote attackers controlling an RDP server to crash an X11 client via a RAIL reply. The xf_rail_server_execute_result function uses the server-supplied 16-bit execResult value directly as an index into the seven-entry error_code_names array. The client must connect to a malicious or compromised RAIL-capable server and request a RemoteApp; the bounded consequence is client termination.
