Code execution via workspace-trust bypass

Code execution in Street Side Software Code Spell Checker before 4.5.4 allows attackers to run Node.js code through a malicious workspace. DocumentSettings._determineIsTrusted accepts the workspace-controlled cSpell.trustedWorkspace value without consulting VS Code's workspace-trust state, then enables ConfigLoader to load executable JavaScript or TypeScript configuration. Exploitation requires a user to open an attacker-prepared workspace, after which the extension host runs the configuration with that user's privileges.
