Patient photo disclosure via unchecked patient ID

Authorization bypass in OpenEMR before 8.0.0 allows remote authenticated users with document access to retrieve other patients' photos. The patient_picture branch of C_Document::retrieve_action resolves a request-controlled patient ID to a photo, while Document::can_access checks only the category ACL rather than patient access. Document-read access and another patient ID are sufficient to disclose that patient's photograph, with no reported modification or service impact.
