Administrative code execution via unchecked plugin installation

Incorrect authorization in Kanboard before 1.2.50 allows remote authenticated users to execute code by installing a malicious plugin. PluginController::install passes an attacker-controlled archive_url to Installer::install without checking the disabled-by-default PLUGIN_INSTALLER control. Administrator access and a valid CSRF token are required; the installed plugin loads automatically and executes with the web server's privileges.
