Unauthenticated arbitrary file write via upload traversal

Path traversal in Frangoteam FUXA 1.2.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary server files through the upload API. The /api/upload handler resolves the request-controlled destination without rejecting parent segments or enforcing containment, then writes the decoded resource to the resulting path. No authentication is required even when secureEnabled is true; overwriting code, startup scripts, or loaded configuration enables code execution when those files are later used.
