Internal service access via unvalidated webhook URL

SSRF in the Vexa webhook feature before 0.10.0-260419-1910 allows remote authenticated users to reach internal HTTP services. The send_webhook.py task passes a user-controlled webhook_url directly to httpx.AsyncClient.post without destination validation. A valid API token and a completed meeting are required; the blind POST can reach localhost, internal services, or cloud metadata endpoints.
