Unauthenticated file disclosure via absolute-path requests

Path traversal in the JUNG Smart Panel 5.1 KNX web interface L1.12.22 and earlier allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files. The HTTP server treats a double leading slash followed by an absolute filesystem path, such as //etc/shadow, as a file request without constraining it to the web root. No authentication or user interaction is required; reachable devices expose files readable by the web server, including account and configuration data.
