CVE-2026-25851Network attack vector

Unauthenticated station impersonation via OCPP WebSocket

Published Feb 26, 2026 · Updated Feb 26, 2026

Authentication bypass in all versions of Chargemap chargemap.com allows remote attackers to impersonate stations through the OCPP WebSocket. The endpoint accepts a known or discovered charging-station identifier as sufficient identity and establishes a charger session without authentication. No credentials or user interaction are required; the session can issue or receive OCPP commands and corrupt backend charging data.
