Arbitrary file overwrite via unrestricted report path

Arbitrary file write in Keyfactor SignServer before 7.6.0 allows remote authenticated users with admin access to overwrite server files. SignerStatusReportWorker accepts an unrestricted report output path and opens an existing destination for writing without confining it to an approved directory. Administrative access is required, and writes are limited to paths accessible to the local JBoss account.
