Authenticated record access via missing authorization checks

Missing authorization in PlaciPy 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete other students' records. The GET, PUT, and DELETE student routes in backend/src/routes/student.routes.ts apply authenticateToken without ownership, role, or permission checks. Any low-privileged account can supply another student's email address, exposing personal data and enabling staff-level status changes or account deletion.
