User redirection via backslash-normalized traversal paths

Open redirect in Gitea 1.25.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to send users to external sites through crafted login links. The urlIsRelative check in modules/httplib/url.go accepts traversal paths containing raw or percent-encoded backslashes that browsers normalize into scheme-relative URLs. Exploitation requires a user to follow the crafted link and complete login, after which redirection supports phishing and authentication-flow data disclosure.
