Cross-patient vital tampering via user-controlled record ID

Authorization bypass in OpenEMR before 8.0.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to overwrite other patients' vital records. EncounterService::insertVital forwards a request-body id to VitalsService, which updates form_vitals by that id without binding it to the authorized patient or encounter. Encounter or notes permission and knowledge or discovery of another vital ID are required; successful exploitation corrupts clinical data across patient boundaries.
