Stored XSS via unencoded custom RSE attributes

Stored XSS in the Rucio WebUI allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through a crafted custom RSE attribute. The backend stores the custom attribute value, and the RSE Management view inserts it into the DOM without output encoding. High-privileged access is required to add the attribute, and a victim must view the affected RSE page; the script can read exposed session tokens or issue WebUI requests as that victim.
