Session theft via unencoded identity names

Stored XSS in affected Rucio WebUI releases before 35.8.3, 38.5.4, or 39.3.1 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript. The backend persists an attacker-controlled identity value submitted through Add Account Identity, and the account page renders that value without output encoding. An attacker needs high-privilege access to create the identity, and execution requires another authenticated user to view the account page, exposing JavaScript-readable session cookies and API tokens.
