Unauthenticated stored XSS via unescaped log entries
Published Mar 3, 2026 · Updated Mar 3, 2026
Stored XSS in CRM Perks WP Zendesk 1.1.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to run scripts through crafted form submissions. The templates/log.php viewer prints stored scalar and JSON-encoded form values without escaping when an administrator opens Zendesk Logs. No account is required to submit the payload, but execution requires an administrator to view the affected log page; scripts then run in that administrator’s WordPress browser context.
