File disclosure via process-wide umask race

Race condition in Django 4.2 before 4.2.29, 5.2 before 5.2.12, and 6.0 before 6.0.3 allows remote attackers to expose files. FileBasedCache._createdir and FileSystemStorage._save temporarily change the process-wide umask while creating directories, so concurrent threads can create objects with unintended permissions. Exploitation requires concurrent requests to a multithreaded deployment using a file-system storage or file-based cache backend; the resulting permission error can disclose newly created objects.
