Authenticated code execution via unchecked time-zone copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Wavlink WL-NU516U1 20251208 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via time_zone. The set_ntp handler in /cgi-bin/adm.cgi copies the POST parameter into a 16-byte stack buffer with strcpy without checking its length. A valid session cookie and dstEnabled=1 are required to reach the copy; crafted input can overwrite saved state for code execution or crash the management process.
