Local file substitution via predictable temporary path

Insecure temporary-file handling in Python Software Foundation Requests before 2.33.0 allows local users to substitute extracted files. The requests.utils.extract_zipped_paths() function derives a predictable destination in the system temporary directory and reuses any existing file without validating its provenance. Exploitation requires write access to that directory and a victim application that directly calls the utility, causing attacker-controlled content to be loaded instead of the archive member.
