Resource exhaustion via unreleased MSL image list

Resource exhaustion in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-15 and 6.9.13-40 allows remote attackers to consume process memory through crafted MSL input. WriteMSLImage clones an image, passes the clone to ProcessMSLScript, and returns without destroying the resulting image list. Network-facing services that pass attacker-supplied MSL to ImageMagick can accumulate leaked allocations, increasing memory use and degrading process availability.
