Authenticated cross-instance access via SAML response replay

Authentication bypass in AWS Auth Manager for Airflow Amazon Provider 8.0.0 through 9.21.x allows remote authenticated users to access instances. The login callback's _prepare_request function copies the client-supplied Host header into http_host, causing SAML response validation to compare the destination with client-controlled origin data instead of the configured API base URL. A valid SAML response and low-privilege access to one federated instance are required; replay against another instance bypasses its differing access controls.
