Stored XSS via unescaped product unit names
Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026
Stored XSS in InvoicePlane 1.7.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript through crafted product unit names. The invoice item list and responsive views concatenate unit_name and unit_name_plrl into HTML without encoding the stored values. Administrator privileges are required to save the unit, and execution occurs when another administrator views an invoice containing its product.
