CVE-2026-25584Public exploit

Memory corruption via oversized GetValues copy loop

Published Feb 4, 2026 · Updated Feb 4, 2026

Stack-based buffer overflow in iccDEV before 2.3.1.3 allows local users to corrupt memory by processing a crafted ICC profile. CIccTagFloatNum<>::GetValues() iterates over the source array's m_nSize and writes each float to a caller-sized destination instead of stopping at nVectorSize. Exploitation requires a user or application to process the file; the demonstrated result is a stack overwrite, with information disclosure or code execution possible.
