Heap overflow via undersized UTF-16 tag length

Heap buffer overflow in iccDEV before 2.3.1.3 allows attackers to corrupt memory by supplying a malformed ICC profile. CIccTagUtf16Text::Read subtracts the tag header size without first verifying that the declared tag is large enough, underflowing the length passed through CIccIO::Read16 to CIccFileIO::Read8 and its unchecked fread. Exploitation requires a user or consuming application to process the crafted profile and can crash the process or, in some contexts, execute arbitrary code.
