Crash via mismatched LUT16 curve sizes

Heap buffer over-read in iccDEV before 2.3.1.3 allows local users to crash the iccFromXml tool with malformed XML. CIccTagLut16::Write derives an entry count from one curve and passes that count to WriteUInt16Float for shorter curves without verifying equal sizes. A user must cause the tool to process crafted XML; the demonstrated outcome is an AddressSanitizer-detected abort, while code execution is context-dependent.
