Internal resource disclosure via unvalidated URL downloads

SSRF in Pydantic AI before 1.56.0 allows remote attackers to read internal resources through URLs in untrusted message history. The download_item() helper fetches URL content without validating that the resolved destination is public or revalidating redirect targets. Reachability requires an application to accept externally supplied message history; hardcoded or developer-controlled URLs do not expose the flaw, and successful requests disclose only server-reachable content.
