Process crash via display-list pixmap double-free

Double-free in MuPDF 1.23.0 through 1.27.0 allows remote attackers to crash barcode-enabled applications via crafted input. On a rendering exception, fz_fill_pixmap_from_display_list() drops a caller-owned pixmap before rethrowing, and caller cleanup drops it again. Reachability requires enabled barcode decoding and processing input that triggers a display-list rendering error; the resulting heap corruption can terminate the process.
