Administrator access via empty API-key comparison

Authentication bypass in OpenBullet 2 0.3.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to obtain administrator access through an empty API-key header. AuthTokenVerificationMiddleware compares X-Api-Key directly with AdminApiKey, whose default is an empty string, and assigns the administrator role on equality. Exploitation requires administrator login to be enabled while AdminApiKey remains empty; successful requests can reach the console and every API endpoint without valid credentials.
