Object unmarshalling in Seagull Software BarTender 2010, 2016, and 2019 allows remote attackers to read or write server files. The TCP 7375 service accepts anonymous calls to version-specific singleton endpoints and lets caller-supplied paths drive .NET WebClient file operations or NTLMv2 authentication to a supplied UNC host. Network reachability is sufficient; file placement or captured credentials enables remote code execution or lateral movement, and BtSystem.Service.exe runs as NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM.
