Administrator command execution via poisoned log inclusion
Published Feb 18, 2026 · Updated Feb 18, 2026
Remote code execution in InvoicePlane 1.7.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run system commands through a public invoice. The guest invoice view concatenates the public_invoice_template setting into a PHP view path, while upload handling writes unsanitized filenames into executable PHP log files. Administrator access and a valid invoice URL key are required to poison a log, select it as the template, and execute code with web server privileges.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
