Authenticated task injection via unchecked target projects

Missing authorization in Kanboard before 1.2.50 allows remote authenticated users to inject duplicated tasks into inaccessible projects. TaskCreationController::duplicateProjects() validates access only to the source project, then passes each untrusted target project ID to duplicateToProject() without a permission check. Any authenticated user with access to one source project can create task records in other projects, but cannot read those projects through this flaw.
