Service interruption via overlapping BLE write offsets

Out-of-bounds read in ESP-IDF 5.1.6, 5.2.6, 5.3.4, 5.4.3, and 5.5.2 allows physically proximate attackers to interrupt service over BLE. In protocomm_ble, prepare_write_event_env adds every fragment length to prepare_len instead of tracking the highest offset-plus-length, so overlapping writes inflate the length later passed to protocomm_req_handle. The device must be within BLE radio range and in provisioning mode; exploitation needs no authentication and can cause denial of service, heap corruption, or system instability.
