Code execution via unterminated NamedColor2 root name

Stack-based buffer overflow in icFixXml in iccDEV before 2.3.1.2 allows local users to execute code via a crafted ICC profile. CIccTagNamedColor2::Read fills the fixed-size rootName field without forcing a terminating null byte, so icFixXml reads through its end and writes beyond the 256-byte fix stack buffer while escaping XML. Exploitation requires user interaction that causes the crafted profile to enter the iccToXml conversion path; the demonstrated result is a process abort, while the advisory bounds the worst case at arbitrary code execution.
