CVE-2026-25492Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal data disclosure via DNS-resolved SSRF

Published Feb 9, 2026 · Updated Feb 9, 2026

SSRF in Pixel & Tonic Craft CMS 3.5.0 through 4.16.17 and 5.0.0-RC1 through 5.8.21 allows remote authenticated users to read internal data. The save_images_Asset resolver's handleUpload() validates only the supplied hostname string, then fetches its DNS-resolved internal address and accepts non-image content when an allowed .txt filename bypasses downstream image validation. Exploitation requires GraphQL, a token authorized for the mutation, and an attacker-controlled domain; retrieved metadata or other internal responses are written to an asset URL that the attacker can download.
