Authenticated administrator escalation via unencoded inventory address
Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026
Stored XSS in Pixel & Tonic Craft Commerce 4.0.0-RC1 through 4.10.0 and 5.0.0 through 5.5.1 allows attackers to run JavaScript. InventoryLocationsController::actionInventoryLocationsTableData places getAddressLine() output in control-panel table data without HTML encoding, so stored markup executes when rendered. Exploitation requires control-panel, Commerce, and inventory-location-management permissions plus an administrator who loads the page; an elevated administrator session lets the script grant the attacker administrator status.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
