Reflected XSS in LigeroSmart 6.1.0 through 6.1.26 allows remote authenticated users to inject JavaScript via Subaction. AgentDashboard in /otrs/index.pl processes the parameter without sufficient input validation or output encoding and reflects it into the response. Exploitation requires a logged-in agent session and user interaction; injected code executes in the application's browser origin and can alter page content.
