Authenticated script execution via unescaped SortBy reflection
Published Feb 16, 2026 · Updated Feb 16, 2026
Reflected XSS in LigeroSmart 6.1.0 through 6.1.26 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through SortBy. The /otrs/index.pl endpoint reflects the POSTed SortBy value into HTML without neutralizing script markup. A valid agent session and victim interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied script in the affected user's browser.
