Stored script execution via attachment link fields

Stored XSS in FooPlugins FooGallery 3.1.11 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts through gallery attachment fields. FooGallery stores unsafe Custom URL and Custom Target values from gallery attachments and later renders them into gallery links without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. High-privilege WordPress access is required, and a separate user must render the stored gallery output, exposing that user's browser session.
