Authenticated script execution via undisclosed DOM input
Published Feb 19, 2026 · Updated Feb 19, 2026
DOM-based XSS in Melapress WP Activity Log 5.5.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. Patchstack identifies the plugin's input handling as the vulnerable locus but has not disclosed the specific DOM source, sink, or unneutralized input. Contributor-level access and a separate user's interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled JavaScript in that user's site context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
